Questions notaries and founders ask us
Is the plan legally valid for incorporating my company?
It contains the projections and statements article 5:4 of the Belgian Code of companies and associations expects: an opening balance sheet, projected income statements and balance sheets, and a treasury budget, provided you model at least two full years; the app warns you below 24 months. The founder remains responsible for the assumptions, and your notary or accountant validates the final document.
What if my notary does not accept the plan?
We rebuild it for free until it is accepted. Getting the document accepted for incorporation is our responsibility: if your notary asks for changes or refuses the plan, we rework it with you at no cost, as many times as it takes.
Who computes the numbers, the AI?
No. Every figure is produced by a deterministic, exhaustively tested calculation engine from assumptions you approve. The AI advisor proposes assumptions and explains them; it never performs arithmetic.
Can I audit what the AI changed?
Yes. Every change, yours or the advisor's, is a logged operation in the plan's history, with its author and its input. Nothing is edited silently.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. Financica Plan runs on the same EU infrastructure as Financica, and your plans are stored in an EU database.
Which languages are supported?
French, Dutch and English: the application, the advisor and the exported PDF. You can model in one language and deliver the report in another.
I already use Financica. Do I need a new account?
No. Financica Plan is part of the Financica suite: sign in with the same account and your organizations are already there.
